Unnamed Science Podcast needs a name!

Heck Media is launching a new limited series animal science podcast in April 2021.In this fortnightly podcast, host Priyanka Chakranarayan, a South Asian Australian scientist, will talk to various scientists and researchers in the fields of zoology, biology, immunology and more, and present new scientific discoveries about animals and microorganisms in a simple and fun way.This podcast is for scientists, geeks, nerds, animal lovers, and anyone who likes to learn new things!Help us name this podcast! About the host

It’s a bit hard to find an actual term for the kind of scientist Priyanka Chakranarayan is, so let's stick with animal scientist!She has worked in the field of agriculture and aquaculture, with land and aquatic animal diseases, and with marine pests. Currently, she works in Melbourne, Australia, in the management of invasive species (which are any non-native living organisms that pose a threat to the local flora and fauna).She loves all animals, but her favourite animals are octopuses because they're really smart (like her!). She especially likes the Argonaut octopus (AKA paper nautilus) and the Dumbo octopus (look it up and you'll see why it's called that!).Apart from the animals themselves, Priyanka is fascinated by zoonotic diseases (diseases that are transferred from animals to humans), and the ability for microorganisms to wreak the kind of havoc they do.

Step 1: The rules
- This contest is open to participants from around the world.
- Entries close on 11:59 PM AEDT, Thursday 21 February 2021.
- The winner will be notified by email no later than 11:59 PM AEDT on Friday 26 February 2021.
- You must be 18 years of age or older (by the contest closing time and date) to participate.
- The winner will receive their PauseFest 2021 content pass via email no later than 11:59 PM AEDT on Friday 26 February 2021 - so keep an eye out on your email, and get ready to attend PauseFest online on 1 March 2021!
- The winning entry and new podcast name will be shared on Heck Media's website and social media handles on Saturday 27 February 2021.
